The most important man to charger fans, short of LT, may be this man, Mark Logue, big screen T.V. installer for Best Buy’s Geek Squad.
Because unless your ready to forge freezing temperatures and a six hour flight to Boston, Mark is key to watching the Chargers beat the Pats in high-definition glory
“Like right up to the day of Superbowl, we are still doing last minute installs. People are like hurry, hurry, hurry. We got to get this TV on the wall. We’ve got to watch the game,”
said Mark Logue of Best Buy’s Geek Squad
Electronics dealers say demand for big screens increase five times leading up to the SuperBowl.
“It’s busy all the way from mid-December to Superbowl, it just gets packed.†added Logue.
So today Mark and Chris will cut, drill and install more than just one 50 inch high-definition plasma.
“Today? What was it Chris? Was it six today?â€
Times that by fourteen installers and there will be a no lack of places to see the big game.
After one last clean up, it’s time to hang the set.
In the case of T.V.s, you can never be too thin, or too big so there’s little doubt where Keith Lichon will be Sunday at noon.
“Looks good, we should be able to enjoy watching the game on there very much,†said Lichon.
Although the T.V. might be the only thing he and his wife agree upon.
“She’s rooting for New England while I’m rooting for the Chargers. So how’s that going to go down on Saturday? I don’t know we’ll see. As long as we don’t get a broken TV.â€
But now, lichon has a perfect seat for sunday’s game.
